how do i start with a veritas alarm?

I have just moved into a home which has a veritas alarm and I have no idea how it works or how to set a code or anything. No info was left by the previous owner but I am afraid to turn it on at the fuse board incase it goes off and i cant stop it lol can anyone help me please.

Did the previous owner leave you with the user code?,

Usually four didgits ????,

if you have this code then go ahead and power it up, google for the user manual ( PDF user guide ) and have a read.
