try slackening pipes at master cylinder and see if you have fluid there,lock them up and it may mean that it will take a lot of bleeding to get air from there down to the calipers,have you bled the rear?also it may need a pressure bleeder if you still have no joy.A lot of brakes bleed by gravity just by opening the bleeder and letting them do their stuff,keep the master cyl.well topped up also,good luck
