how can i fix my beko DE2542F dishwasher?

I use 3 in 1 tablets and occasionally have to put salt and rinse aid in it. Iv had my dishwasher for 2 years and recently it was loit indicated it required salt so I put it in but it seems something is wrong as it keeps asking me to put salt in and since since this message won't go away my dishes are not clean property

I did think this but since I got my dishwasher about twice a year the indicators for rinse aid and salt light up and I fill them up even though I use 3 in 1 tablets. I wouldnt bother but since this issue with the salt Its not washing the dishes properly and leaving residue and food on them. When I now open the dishwasher there is a gathering of food at the bottom, this didnt use to happen. I add tablets that have both but as I said since this has happened I do see a difference.

if your using 3 in 1 tablets you dont need to add salt or rinse aid as the tablets have the recomended amounts. you may notice you have 2 indicator lights 1 for salt and 1 for rinse aid. Only time you need to refil is if you use tablets or powder with no added salt or rinse aid.
