We bought this oven brand new 3 years ago. It suddenly stopped heating. Everything else indicates normal and even shows the oven is heating up to the desired temp but nothing happens. Living in France, it is not easy to get a repairman. The thermostat seems to be working, the thermal cutout is functioning but the 2 heating elements do not heat up.

After so many months without an answer. I guess the obvious one is to NEVER buy ROSSIERS Products. The after sales sucks and there is no technical info available for their products.
