How can I fix the soap tray on my hotpoint aquarius 1100 washer dryer?

Everytime I start my machine, water leaks from the soap tray. Do i need to replace the tray ???

hi remove the tray underneith theres a hole that the water & powder goes see if its blocked with powder give it a good clean
