maxus starting problem?

i am looking at buying an ldv maxus, this one inparticular has a starting problem in the mornin. the guy say's he heats the plugs about three times then it turns for abit then starts? any ideas on what this might be? thanks Rich

it may have a heater plug or two at fault,I have not done these before but I know someone who said they were very awkward to change
