How do I fix a small leak at the base/bottom of my fisher-paykel waste disposal unit?

Unless you are prepared to remove it from sink. Strip it down & replace the seals. Struggle with parts that are probably difficult to undo due to the build up of gunk over the years. Then forget it. Go buy a new one. They are not that expensive.
