Noisy Hoover Drum?

I had to change the pump on my Hoover A130 washing machine due to the water remaining in the drum after the wash had completed.

I placed the washing machine on its side to the change the pump (bad idea I think!), and now that the machine is upright the drum is making a noise. I think that the inner drum has moved away from the outer drum.

Can it be re-seated?

when you changed the pump did you ensure nothing was caught in the machine? Check again since moving the machine can move an object inside it. If nothing is caught in the machine and the inner / outer drum still make contact then the bearings have gone. Fixable but not cheap.

hi if the inner drum is loose? then this machine is not repairable
sorry
