My heater is not working, just coming out cold. can anyone avise me what is up with it.

hi,if you lift your bonnet up and look at the rear bulkhead in the centre behind a plastic covering you will find a heater valve with 2 pipes and a wiring plug,this is a common fault on fiestas,the valve is about £25 to buy and takes about 10 mins to change
