After handwashing clothes in sink, I put wet clothes in machine to spin, the drum keeps going round but doesn't go nto a full spin and the clothes come out just as wet as they were when I put them in, can someone please help, I'm at my wits end. been trying to spin clothes all day

if machine can't balance load it will refuse to spin.single item and bath mats are always bad at spinning so are heavy knitwear
