where's the filter on Beko wm5120 w?

my Beko wm 5120 w is not working properly, sounds like there's sand inside somewhere. doesn't drain or spin... where do I access the filter to clean so that I can start the process of fixing it myself

found filter - bottom right hand side, cleaned pump and filter... gave the machine roughly 3 minutes to reset itself... now works like a dream again...

remove the plastic plinth right at the bottom of the machine and then behind there is a filter on the right.unscrew anticlock and pull out
