How can i fix my gas Cooker?

Hi,
I have a problem with my gas cooker.
When i on the gas mains there is a constant click sound.
This used to vanish after i turned on and off all the 4 burners couple of times.
But now its getting worse and it never stops.
Please help.

I have a lesiure proven gas cooker the ignitor
Has stopped ? I's there a battery pack somewhere on cooker that needs replaced??

Its the ignitor causing this problem.
Its usually caused by the ignition box that all the ignitor leads plug into. This would need replacing.
Its either this or the ignition button you press to light the cooker is stuck in !
Good luck.
