Hello im Sarah the one that wrote the question about the dryer door not closing.I just want to mention that the dryer was working perfectly. Not sure how the door now is hanging unlevel from the hinges side because of this its imposible to close it,the LACHT is not broken. I had few students in the house and I think maybe someone tried to open the door by force? or not from the center? or is this just normal wear and tear? has anyone come accross this door problem? Thanks for your help, need to get this solve soon

K Thanks for your reply. I just tried that but nothing is happening.Still hanging unlevel. If it is the hinges,is it easy to fix them? do you know if there is any wiring going through this part of the Indesit dryer? I have few students using the dryer none of them knows how it happens? sorry to bother with more questions

sounds like the hinges have got bent ,,up or down a little , you will know if its up or down when you try to shut the door, as it will hit the top of the latch or the bottom of it, , open the door and get a good hold of it, try bending the hinges , by lifting the door , up or down, if the door is not too much out of line , you should be able to get it back into line this way,
