How To Not Have Mist/Steam On Car Window,???

Hi all, Is there anyway to not have the mist/steam generating on my windows especially when it's either cold or raining... I know if you have the air-con on it removes it, But is there another way,,, & opening a window does not help 'before anyone says'

All Answers Appreciated.

Hi,
Without meaning to state the obvious, your problem is due to a difference in temperature between the inside of the car and the outside. That's why the A/C solves this problem by reducing the temp of the inside so it matches the outside.

One way to eliminate this is to warm your windsreen before starting your journey. Put warm windscreen blower on for a few minutes so that the glass warms up. By doing this you warm up the glass right the way through and condensation/mist should be eleviated.
Good Luck

Hi,
Do not have air on recirculating but have fresh air coming into car.
No need to put air conditioning on but switch fan on full until mist clears then turn it down to a lower speed.
