My morphy Richards steam iron generator is leaking steam from the boiler, this is between the two halves, does any one know where to get the gasket/glue so I am able to seal the gap, also I need to seal the pipe connector that leads to the iron back onto the base plate, I can't find a supplier of this jointing compound, any help please!

can use any good high heat and water resistand sealer available from car or hardware store,boiler running at 180 c
