i have an esp3200 kodak printer/photocopier,i had a paper crash and since t?

i have a kodak esp3200 printer/photocopier,but since i had a paper crash the print is very faded although i have replaced both of the ink cartridges and wiped the base of the ink cartridge carrier.....any ideas
