what is probelem, when washing machin will not drain and spin?

My washing machin simpson aquares 706 will not to drain and spin. after wash cycle machin stop and don't work. what is probelem?

It will not spin until it has drained the water, so the problem is why it is not draining. First check the switch on the panel for drip dry. Make sure it is on the normal position. Then if still not draining check the drain pump for blockages.
