Hi I have a zanussi fjs1225w machine and when you start the machine for a wash cycle and press start, error code E40 flashes and nothing happens can any body help please
Turn the power off, unplug the machine and take the top off your machine and on the front right of the machine there is a plastic case with lots of wires.
Put the wires out one block at a time, keep putting them in and out, this will help the connection to seat.
Try the machine again and the problem should be solved.
If not you may need a new board.
