gear box nissan micra 2001?

i have no problems selecting gear when my engine is cold but when it warms up i find it hard to get reverse

If the lever moves OK without engine running but is stiff and possibly crunches when running then it's a powder clutch fault. When it's not releasing it is like trying to change gear in a manual box without depressing clutch
