car wont start?

for some unknown reason my car which is a 2ltr deisel 98 reg was working up to wednesday iv had green flag out to it said it might be the pump in the tank which i changed also i also changed the heater plugs today tried easy start with it tonight but still wont start also no heater lights on dash
