Seems to be common fault on this model. Error code is 49 which is sayint that the control board is getting a bad reading from the cold water inlet valve. Can be caused by a bad connection where the wires plug in to the water valve, a bad coil on the water valve (should read 63 - 64 ohms) or most common reason is a fault on the control circuit board and board will need to be replaced.
