hi,firt thing to try is leaveing machine unpluged for a hour or more, then try it again,if no joy check the motor brushs,with power off!! you need to take rear panel off or lean machine forward against a wall,to access the motor from under machine,it is better to remove motor ,to check brushs ,unplug wireing,and green earth one ,undo the two bolts 10mm,and motor slides forward,unscrew the brush holders,and check brushs ,must be at least 20mm,,hope this helps thax.
