All the radiators in my house work but?

One of the radiators doesn,t work. Does the radiator need bleeding. Not sure how to do it?

First make sure both taps are turned on at the bottom of the radiator, the amount they are turned controls the amount of heat, try just one full turn first(anticlockwise)if the bottom of the rad only heats up it needs bled, their will be a screw usually at the top right corner of the rad with a square head on it,buy a rad valve key from any DIY shop(small brass clock winder type key)and unscrew valve half a turn maybe a bit more, you will hear the air escaping from the valve, when water starts to come out of the valve(have a cloth ready)close it of (clockwise turn)the whole rad should now feel hot.Good luck
