AEG lavamat turbo 11842 Had brief power cut now machine wont function Cycle light (wash,spin etc) and time etc show up but when press start button nothing! Can hear hum from machine but nothing else happens Have fiddled with buttons hoping to get an error code and by pressing start and drying time buttons together am getting a flshing error code? C25 on display panel. Help please machine still needs draining water sloshing about in tub Thanks

remove the filter bottom right and check the drain pump impeller rotates freely using a screwdriver and a torch.E25 would be a draining/pump/pcb issue but start with blocked filter/jammed impeller and work your way through.Also check drain hose for blockages.water will pour out when you remove the filter.Have towels at the ready!!!
