beko drcs68w heat fault?

Hi people I'm stumped, I have a beko drcs68w and the problem started when the dryer was being used it would trip out so being a mechanical engineer and doing a lot with lower voltage electrics I tackled the fault of the short circuit to the heater element. Ordered element and fitted but no heat so upon further investigation found diodes blown on circuit card, replaced circuit card and still no heat so got another heater element in case first one was faulty and still no heat. Checked the voltage at the element and I'm getting none but if I check power at element to neutral coming into the dryer I get 240v so it seems like neutral issue I think but as far as I can see the wiring goes from the heater element to the circuit card and both have been replaced, also tried reset but no joy now really stuck any suggestions would be appriciated.
