Thanks for that. Yes , it fills and empties, but the motor doesn't turn. I have checked the brushes, they're wearing down a bit, but not worn out. I removed them and tested for continuity between the carbon brush and brass connector, fine. The belt is intact, and the motor is free to turn if it gets the appropriate signal. I'm thinking motor fault, or something in the printed circuit board being wrong.
