i dont know the model number or the make there are no markings on it ?

i had a power cut and now the cicuit board wont stop giving off a high pitch sound how do i stop it

Describe it.
Colour?
Shape?
Tactile or flush buttons or a key switch?
Colour of the buttons and background.
LED or LCD readout.
Or just indicators.
There has to be something like "armed, tamper, set/part set"

Rather than just say nothing make an effort.

Well I don't know the model or make so have no idea.
Maybe a new battery is needed.
