Hi can anyone tell me how to de pressure a sabre 28 boiler I was re pressuring it and done it far too much and I can't seem to get it back down again in fact when I put the heating on it goes up

there should be a drain off point on one of the lowest rads.Undo it an drain excess pressure when COLD.You can also drain pressure through a radiator bleed valve if that is easier again when cold.It is perfectly normal for pressure to rise when on that's why you check it when at room temp/cold
