Wound down drivers side window .Will not wind up.Passengers side works just fine .As the window failed whilst away from home had to push window up by hand to secure vehicle .Any ideas about this fault. I am an electrical engineer with electrical test equipment but automotive electrics are not my speciality.

if youve managed to push window up i suspect the regulater ass has faild,cables that pull window uo n down,can you hear motor nois when buton pressed,if not quite common for wires in door shut to snap,dependig of age & type of ka
