I have a Neff HBB AP32 electric fan oven. I replaced the blown bulb and turned it on, the bulb shattered and now it seems a fuse has blown as the whole oven is not working, including the digital clock. Can anyone advise on how to fix it without calling someone out?

remove the broken bulb, go to your mains board you have either a fuse blown or breaker down depending on the type of unit you have.
