how do I fix a sticking automatic choke this car has been stood for over a year changed fluids and filters added new battery and started first time car runs but when idle the revs are jumping from abour 700 up to 2000 and back again up and down and when driven will not go over 60 mph i assume the choke is sticking how do I fix this please
