I have been told on a Peugeot 206 gti 1999 with a/c the resistor is built into the blower can anyone confirm this is correct, i have changerd the blower but still not working, Can anyone help what to try next.

you do not give much info,do you mean the blower motor?or the heater itself ??with out the blower motor you will not get any heat

your heater matrix is under your dash,if you have no heat then it may not be your problem
