Miele dryer (T 4223) - remove front plastic panel?

I have a miele t 4223 dryer (6/7 years old), and I need to change the heating element. My problem is that I cannot find out how to remove the upper front plastic panel so I can get to the thermostat connector (a long wire directly from the heating element). The panel is a plastic type, and contains openings for a knob for the programs, and three buttons for on/off, start and door open. Anyone knows how to take away the plastic with the text on in front? I am sure that other Miele dryers has the same solution)
