Any idea why Ravenheat 820/20 won't fire up?
pilot light is OK, when heating is turned on, fan speed changes, pump works, but the burners don't fire up. BGas have been 4 times, and manage to get it going for a few hours, but then it returns to fault condition. In laymans terms it looks like the boiler thinks it's up to temperature. The same thing applies when the Hot water tap is run.....any clues would be appreciated.
