hi thanks for any info in advance,

i start my car at any time of the day and the climate control does not come at all, it only comes on when i decide to rev it up over 3000 rpm, does anyone have an answer to why this is happening? i was thinking maybe an earth somewhere but everything else works just fine, im getting tired of all these cold mornings and having to de-ice the car, it has an aftermarket exhaust and i feel embarrased revving it to over 3000 rpm especially at 5 oclock in the morning :/ please help asap!!!

When you say, does not come on, does the display light up? if so check belt tension ac clutch etc. Might be ac clutch stiff and needs that bit extra to initial turn it, you need to see what is happening, an AC engineere would be able to fit guages to tell if the clutch is coming on or not, But you cannot so do the best you can, listen for it click on etc. More details if this does not help, Or change your silencer back to a quiet one.
