Yep manners cost nothing....we guys are not robots :(,
We have to work for Ill mannered folk from time to time,but at least we get paid for it.

Agreed, the battery has passed its working life. The panel has lost all programming.
The above advise is what you need to do.
Another thing is pick up a book from your local library called " The little book of good manners"
You may find it quite informative.

you need a new backup battery and the manual for reprogramming,get that zone programmed as timed ee not immediate.
