my washing washing machine zanussi iz12 jet system has froze on the front pannel everything i do to try reset it it don't work its saying 1 on the panel meaning one minute left can you help
turn machine off on front of the machine (not at the wall socket).press and hold the start/pause button and the skip button together whilst switching machine on.light should start to chase.now turn machine on/off twice and retry
