how do you re attach outlet hose on soap dispenser, cant get access to it. Have taken the top off but need to get access from side is this possible.

I will try and answer your question by asking one, how did you take it off, normally its reverse process, now if it pulled off you have another problem to identify (faulty shock or broken spring), easiest access to the hose is by undoing the front panel undo 13mm studs around gasket and slide a blade down l h side until you find a retainer that needs pushing in to allow panel to hinge outwards
