11 plat corsa 1.4, when it's cold I cannot get it into gear?

Hi, I have an 11 plate corsa 1.4, when it's cold I can't get it into gear, usually I can eventually find 2nd and 4th until the engine is driving for a while, then everything's back to normal, any ideas?
