I'm replacing the element in my Bosch oven, I've removed the back plate and the clockwise screw and washer to the fan. I'm removing the fan to reach the screw connecting the element to the oven. However I cannot remove the fan with either force or gently twisting. Have I missed anything?

the fan blade just needs a tap with a hammer it is stuck on there is only the washer to hold it on ,
