I have a 1998 isuzu rodeo and my vehicle sometimes shakes when in first gear and is hard to get into first gear and reverse

1) change catalyc converter; 2) change spark plugs; change oil and filter; cleaned and change egr and vacuum line; fuel filter; air filter on a 2001 Lincoln LS. Running sluggish with no power at all.
