hazel,the french cars esp urs have this fault,its a com. prob,the french cant make cars,they are not water proof,norm cost of the repair is about £300.water gets into the motor of the window unit,the french know of the prob,but they do nothing about it.take my advice ,sell it ,buy a jap car,at least they know how to build them prop,if you dont believed me,try internet search on probs of renualt probs
