brake pipe removal?

in order to remove and fit brake pipes on a vauxhall vectra 2006 hatchback,do you have to remove the fuel tank? the car is a 1800 petrol design model

If you mean the pipe running from the o/s of the fuel tank over to the n/s wheel arch then it is a very awkward pipe to do.Have done three of these and a two poster ramp definitely helps,if you don`t have access to a ramp then I would think it is nearly impossible to correctly route the pipe into its correct position and the fuel tank may well have to be dropped for access
