Rangemaster 110 Oven not working?

I would like to bypass the electric clock which is faulty .I assume this is the reason the oven does not work. I have removed 4 screws from the left gas hob which allows it to be hinged up. I have also removed the 2 left hand screws from the righthand hobtop. I cannot see how to release the glass plate warming hob top which I assume conceals 2 more fixing screws. Does the glass lift out ? How can I lift the righthand hob top to gain access to clock assembly?
Can any one help please

Not sure if you need to remove the screws from around the rht hand hob section, Mine has a griddle, some have a hob ring etc, but screws around. Could be the clock, But also check the switch etc activated by the lid.
