my treadmill will run for hours when nobody is on it but if somebody is on it it will stop after about 15 minutes or more. all power willgo off and it will need to be reset after 5 minutes.

Generic answer only. Is the motor getting hot under load, ie someone on it. There may be a thermal switch that shuts the motor down to protect it from overheating. Also check the motor itelf incase the bearings etc are seizing up as it warms up. Check all electrical connections to the control panel and motor cables.
