How can i fix my Citreon Belingo Heater?

The heater in my citreon Belingo only blows out cool air no matter what setting i have it on.
Why is this and how can i fix?

first and foremost is there coolant in your system?any leaks?is the thermostat stuck open?water pump circulating coolant round the system ok?are the heater pipes going through your bulkhead hot?you may have heater control valve issues also.
