Heat Surge is 2 yrs old never out of the box until now. Plugged it up and admired its beauty & heat for about 3 min and then it just stopped. No noises, didn't trip the "Relay" and nothing suddenly happened except it just stopped. Weird but must be simple. Can someone please help with some effective suggestions?
