"Frozen" Beko laundry machine?

My Beko WMD26080 is stuck on a spin cycle. The door is open however when I close it and push power the start button just flashes but won't begin. The drain light is also lit. I've tried resetting it and it won't reset. Any ideas? Thanks

remove and check filter/drain pump impeller rotates and isn't jammed up the hold button to reset
