How to fix flashers on a ford 75 e15 ?

My indicators won't work light stays on on dash but indicators won't flash on and off can anyone help

check the bulbs,if not a bulb replace the flasher unit,some cars flaher units keep bulb lit if its faulty,otheres cause them to flash very fast
