AEG Lavatherm 57700
There is a gap of about 10-15mm between the bottom half of the drum and the plastic guide, around the door opening. I have tried to close this by pulling the drum back to the guide but it falls back. Clothes get caught and marked in this gap. Grateful for any answer on how to fix this.

remove the drum and check for wear on the top of the plastic guide as you called it
